She spent her time
Imagining the things
And marvelous works
God would do
Dreaming big dreams
She set out to do
What she thought she should do
Some called her silly
And others just laughed
At the thought of this girl
And the dreams that she had
She continued to reach
And struggle too
For what is a dream
If it comes easy to you
Step by step
Day by day
She remained faithful
To the dreams God embedded in her heart
When peoples opinions
Clouded her dreams
She gave them to God
And out burst new streams
As time went by
She reflected in thought
To the faithfulness of God
Who day by day
Took her dreams
And her too
For the seed of desire
Her dreams came true
And now her hearts desire
Is in full bloom
